Dear Veetelers,

Last week, everybody has been studying very hard for the coming exams this week. One student starts with the first exam today and the other student has almost a whole week to learn for the exam. This is always a hard period, which goes together with stress and sleepless nights to get all the knowledge ready.

However, the holidays are coming. Together with friends and family sitting at the table, having fun, and eating as much as possible. The Christmas tree standing in the living room with all the presents lying underneath it, ready to be unpacked. It is the season to be jolly. 2021 is almost over, so keep up the good faith.

Good luck with studying and we’re wishing everybody a merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

Cheers,

The Board

Dear Veetelers,

Last weekend, it was present night because dear old Sinterklaas was in our country. Sinterklaas joined the Veetelers during our weekly rigro. This was one big party; all sub-associations received a gift with a nice suitable rime.

Now that Sinterklaas left our beautiful country, it is time to prepare ourselves for the exam week that is approaching. Studying and watching Netflix are part of that process. But next to that, we also are longing for a break to celebrate the holidays. Just keep up the good work for a while, this year is almost over.

Good luck with studying!

Cheers,

The Board

In these Covid-19 times, there is little to do. Hopefully we can all get back to a party soon. Fortunately, there are some fun activities planned this week.

On Wednesday, PFC will host the Advanced Trailride. During this activity, there will be a nice ride on the horses. Thursday, for the cow lovers, the First Round Cattle Judging is scheduled. During this evening we will travel to a farmer in IJzendoorn to judge his cows. In addition, an Online Open day will also take place on Thursday 25 November. We wish everyone who participates in this event good luck. We close this week with a Student for a day. Hopefully we can get many students excited about our study.

Next Tuesday there will also be a rigro, this time we will discuss our sub-associations and the Freshmencie will be announced.

See you at one of the activities this week!

Dear Veetelers,

Now that the days are getting shorter and the nights are getting longer, this could only mean one thing… the holidays are just around the corner! Hopefully in the past months, when Akcie parties still existed, you have built up enough reserves to withstand this harsh winter. For the Veetelers who did not succeed in this, there is still a chance for you to catch up with the holidays!

Despite the bad news about the Covid-19 measures, a number of great activities have still taken place. For example, the 12th Lustrumcie had a subcommittee evening on Wednesday 24 November, where many dance steps were taught and a hammering lesson for beginners was held.

Not only is our dear Sinterklaas approaching this week, but the last exams of 2021 are also making their appearance. For the real studious Veetelers among us, there will also be a discussion evening on Tuesday 30 November. During this evening you will be told about Swine fever!

We would like to wish everyone good luck in learning and taking the exams in the coming weeks!

Love,

The Board

Dear Members,

Between two high mountain in the city we call Wageningen, you saw many students with a beer in their hand. Unfortunately, we now have to put our parties on a break to protect healthcare in the Netherlands. We hope that many activities can continue in the near future, because social contacts remain important for students.

The WUR announced the final measures today. Fortunately, everyone can continue to receive education at university. Just don't forget your mouth mask!

Love,
The Board
