Dear Members,
The WUR has some log in issues that hopefully are quickly restored. Luckily, there are enough activities planned to not get bored this week. Last week was a lot of fun, on Tuesday the 8th of June 2021 the PFC Online Horse Competition. Here rider could show their best techniques. Next to that, the Sportcie organised a soccer tournament on Tuesday the 8th of June 2021. Enthusiastic and beautifully dressed team competed for the title. On Thursday the 10th of June 2021, Aquarius organised a Network Drink and Porculum organised a college in cooperation with PIC-NL and Westfort. During this college we learned a lot about who the companies are and what they do, as well as the future of the sector. Next week will be just as busy with multiple activities, starting with Akcie Flunkybal Tournament on Monday the 14th of June. Here students can get to know each other better in a fun way, while using their energy to try to win the game. On the 15th of June 2021 the Discusie organises a Discussion Evening in cooperation with the NZV and the week ends with an activity of the 12th Lustrum on Thursday 17th of June 2021. Enjoy the nice weather and hopefully we see you at one of the activities!
Love,
The Board
Dear Members,
The first four weeks of period 6 have finished and this means for a lot of students that another course has ended. With only one more course to go, the summer holiday is coming up quick. Luckily we still have a lot of activities to go, so we will not get bored during these last four weeks. Last week started with a webinar of SGSC on Wednesday 3 June 2021 about the (global) goat sector in association with Vitalvé. During this evening, we learned about the history, the developments, and the globalisation of the sector. Unfortunately the TI Scavanger Hunt of Saturday the 5th of June 2021 has been cancelled. Next week, will be a week full of activities. The week will start with the online Horse Competition on Tuesday the 8th of June 2021. Next to that, the Sportcie organises a Soccer Tournament on Tuesday the 8th of June 2021. Five enthusiastic teams will compete to be the best. On Thursday the 10th of June 2021 two activities are planned. Porculum organises a college in association with PIC-NL and Westfort, and Aquarius organises a Network drink. There is plenty to do this week, so have fun!.

As of this week we welcome Wiebe Kemp to the Board. He will take over the function of Commissioner Internal Affairs from Jurre Bergers. For the positions of Board Member Secretary and Education Commissioner II we are still looking for successors.
Next week is the day, the first day excursion of academic year 2020-2021 will be organized by RFS. This week there is another original activity planned, the Discussion Lunch of Aquarius. Will we “see” you there?

The Board.
Dear Members,
Have you looked at the weather forecast? It promises to be beautiful weather this week! Hopefully, besides studying, you will have a little time to enjoy the sun. But, don't forget to apply sunscreen! This week, during the rigro on Tuesday 1 June, the potential Board Member Secretary will be introduced. On Thursday 3 June, SGSC organizes a Webinar about the (global) goat sector. This evening will provide information about the history, current developments and ins and outs of goat farming in the Netherlands and abroad. It promises to be an interesting evening! On Saturday 5 June, Team International is organizing a real Scavenger Hunt! Team International has left a trail of clues and challenges throughout Wageningen that will lead you and your team to delicious treats and fantastic prizes. Will we see you there?

Dear Members,
We hope everyboady enjoyed the first week of period 6 of academic year 2020-2021. We had a great time, especially during the great Akcie EscaLoWa. Come and vote for the new board member on Tuesday, May 17, because next week there will be another board change and we will have to say goodbye to (hopefully) 3 Board Members who have put their best foot forward for De Veetelers for an entire year. And, of course, good luck with your studies.
Love,
The Board
